Dear Guests,

As of Thursday, March 19, 2020, Monroe County officials made the difficult decision to close all hotels in the Florida Keys effective 6 p.m. EST Sunday, March 22, 2020, through April 6, 2020, subject to notice from the local government.

For your peace of mind, guests who booked directly with us and holding non-refundable reservations for this time period are being offered a full credit for a future stay within 365 days and one complimentary night.

As always, the safety, health, and wellbeing of our guests, partners, and employees are our top priority. During this time, we are closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and wanted to share the following information with you:

– We are maintaining strict cleaning procedures at all our properties, with enhanced sanitization of touchpoints in high traffic areas, and are following recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO).

-For your peace of mind, guests holding reservations are being offered a full credit for a future stay within 365 days, provided the reservation is canceled 48 hours prior to arrival.

If you booked via third-party booking sites, like Expedia or Booking.com, you need to contact them directly.
